Forthcoming Events
Venue: Brislington Enterprise College
Speaker: James Wetz FRSA, Visiting Fellow at Bristol University Graduate School of Education, Fellow of the Centre for Social
James Wetz authored and presented a Channel 4 Dispatches Programme of the same name in February which addressed why it is that up to 300,000 young people, including many who have done well in primary education, leave secondary schools in England each year with less than five GCSEs. James' own research suggests that it is the size, design and organisation of comprehensive schools that are major factors.
